Things will have changed over the course of planning your wedding.
We might have discussed ideas and made notes at our initial meeting (possibly a good 12 months ago) which need revising. Or you might have updated us via text message or within the body of an email, and we do not like to leave anything up to chance or human error.

So let’s confirm it all in one email – which we print out and use on the day of your wedding.

Guest arrival time, ceremony time, reception beginning and meal service times being the most important thing… also the final number of guests, if you have booked the photo booth, what music and entertainment we have for the ceremony/canapés, amongst other details.

Having this final confirmation gives us more time to spend on preparing music, feeling relaxed we have the timing correct – rather than relying on going back over all our communication. If there are discrepancies it gives us an opportunity to confirm with you before the day.
